Otherwise you'll learn Runglish, not English.

timurrrr, that sounds like a really good idea to me. But how do you find native English speakers in Skype who would agree to such a suggestion? I suppose, you have to find one with the very same desire as yours. There are probably some native English speakers who'd like to start a Russian-English chat of that kind, but I guess Russian is not very popular foreign language to learn either in GB or in USA / Canada / Australia... Anyway, how to find a partner? Do you know if there is a common way?

And how can I be sure that my partner speaks his native language really well? You know, there are a lot of Russian so-called «native speakers» whose Russian is terrible—could be even worse than, for instance, my non-native English. )
